Responsibilities
- Work with Front Office staff to handle corporate banking clients account opening & on-boarding operation
- Collaborate with front-line staff to gather information to fulfill the initial check requirements
- Assist on handling corporate & commercial banking client inquiries on account opening related issue
- Follow up & monitor the end-to-end on boarding process of client & products and keep relevant parties informed about the status (i.e. Front Office, CDD, compliance, operation, etc)
- Perform KYC assessment through CDD review, negative news review & sanction name screening on current & new commercial & corporate banking clients portfolio
- Coordinate with internal stakeholder to identify issues on account opening process & escalate any major issues
- Monitor & understand clients feedback on online account opening system to implement necessary rectification
- Provide suggestion on enhancing service quality
- Handle other ad hoc tasks & participate in IT projects as required
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- 3 years of banking & financial services experience in client on boarding/ KYC/ account opening
- Client Onboarding operation experience on private & corporate banking client portfolio would be highly preferable
- Good communication skills with strong customer service mindset
- Prior account opening/ operation experience would be an advantage
