Job Descriptions:

  • Support the team head in developing and maintaining the Japan intermediary business.
  • Prepare regular fund reports and marketing materials for clients in Japanese.
  • Collaborate closely with investment teams to develop sales pitches and portfolio updates.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Deliver fluent product and market presentations in Japanese.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the financial services industry, with a preference for Sales & Marketing support experience in an Asset Management Company.
  • Skills: Team player, independent, proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Sociable, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in Japanese and Mandarin or English; fluent Cantonese is a plus.
