A real estate investment office is seeking an Assistant IT Manager to manage IT systems and applications.

Your new role
  • Support the development, enhancement, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of internal IT systems, mobile applications, and business platforms in line with operational and business requirements.
  • Assist in the management and support of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), cloud services, data storage, backups, endpoints, and core IT equipment to ensure system stability, security, and availability.
  • Support vendor and service contract administration, including contract renewals, price reviews, and service performance monitoring for application, infrastructure, and IT support services.
  • Assist in application development, system implementation, and enhancement activities by liaising with internal users, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and business alignment.
  • Provide project coordination support for IT initiatives, covering requirements gathering, documentation, vendor coordination, system testing, deployment, and pre-implementation support for both applications and infrastructure projects.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Relevant experience in IT operations, application development and/or project implementation, with at least 3 years at supervisory level.
  • Experience working in fast-paced agile/Scrum environments.
  • Prior exposure to property, real estate, infrastructure, or asset-heavy industries is highly preferred.
