Menrva Group is working with a leading financial services institution to find an innovative and ambitious AI product specialist who has gained experience in working with Front Office teams, in particular Equity Portfolio Managers, to AI tools to workflows, investment strategies, and portfolio construction. You will need to have a blend of deep AI technical knowledge and stakeholder management skills to ensure the tools developed are fit for purpose an user adoption is maximised.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver high-touch engagement and onboarding experiences for PMs by conducting tailored demos of AI and investment tools in the context of their workflow
  2. Build strong in-region relationships with Portfolio Managers, as a trusted partner and advocate for AI and investment tool requirements
  3. Manage a suite of Equity Ai tools by collecting user feedback, translating insights into actionable product requirements, and working with development teams to deliver and build out new capabilities
  4. Identify new opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency through AI and technology adoption
  5. Proactively communicate updates through newsletters, group teach-ins, 1x1 demos, and quarterly check-ins

Qualifications

  1. 3+ years of experience in a client-facing or relationship management role
  2. 2+ years of product management experience, with a strong understanding of AI, technology tools, and their applications in equity investment workflows
  3. Strong understanding of fundamental equity investing, including research workflows, portfolio construction, and risk management
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex investment challenges into actionable solutions
