Our Client is a global asset management organization, they are seeking a VP, Distribution Operations AP to support the accurate and efficient day-to-day delivery of Distribution Operations.
Responsibilities
- Process daily unit trust dealing orders accurately and on time; submit to Global Transfer Agent within cut-off.
- Manage investor account opening, maintenance, and transfer requests within agreed turnaround times.
- Coordinate subscription/redemption settlements with investors and Global Transfer Agents; perform timely cash reconciliation.
- Handle corporate actions such as dividend distribution/reinvestment and fund mergers.
- Support new fund launches, including Mutual Recognition of Funds (MRF) operational setup, KYC coordination, and bank account opening.
- Handle operational enquiries and resolve issues promptly; escalate when required.
- Ensure daily activities comply with procedures, controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Review workflows and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support system enhancements, UAT execution, automation, and process migration projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in distribution operations, fund services, or financial services.
- Experience with retail banks or call centres in an asset management context is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office; VBA skills preferred.
- Strong command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, and a high level of responsibility.
