Responsibilities - Execute business strategies to improve portfolio quality and profitability of the Bank's target customers
- Assist to lead different segment portfolio and cross-team projects/campaigns to maximize business revenue
- Implement effective marketing and engagement plans as measured by the growth of quality customer base, new fund and portfolio balance, product penetration and customer revenue
- Responsible to develop and build a customer-centric E2E segment journey and contextual nudges to address customers' needs grow customers' satisfaction
- Use data-driven approach to help review all marketing campaigns and channels to maximize business growth
- Assist to host and manage customer engagement events and activities to groom customers' stickiness and satisfaction
Key Accountabilities - Responsible for formulating and launching all portfolio, engagement, and customer loyalty marketing campaigns/programmes, leveraging AI-driven insights to expand customer portfolios, attract qualified customers, and maximize AUM balance, total product penetration, and revenue.
- Prepare comprehensive campaign evaluation reports, utilizing AI and data analytics to assess campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Work within the team to explore sub-segment/micro-segment strategies, applying AI and advanced analytics to develop tailor-made campaigns/offers that deepen portfolio engagement and stimulate cross-selling investment and insurance opportunities.
- Utilize advanced data analysis and AI tools to summarize findings, develop predictive models, and provide strategic recommendations for management decisions that drive significant business impact and growth.
- Liaise with related business units, branches, and channels to ensure all marketing campaigns and initiatives, are properly deployed and integrated.
- Establish effective relationships and ensure smooth communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth implementation of marketing campaigns and events; operations, workflows, and processes are effective, and adhere to compliance with internal and external guidelines.
- Support on department A&P expenses management.
- Provide support to the supervisor on any projects related to regional or other business new initiatives.
Requirements - Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or other related discipline
- Sound knowledge in Consumer Banking Business
- Skillful with knowledge in Artificial Intelligence ( AI ) do drive business growth and innovation
- Strong independence, proactive, flexible with passion to make things happen
- Can-do attitude, self-motivated, result-driven and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
- Willing to take up any new and ad-hoc tasks that assigned anytime
- Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Conversant with PC application including MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
