Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and design solutions for complex IT systems and applications to support the bank's operations and customer-facing services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and IT operations, to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions
- Manage the end-to-end system development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
- Monitor and optimize system performance, identify and resolve issues, and implement continuous improvements
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT strategies and roadmaps
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of IT experience, preferably in Corporate Banking
- At least 3 years of system analysis and design experience in Open Platform
- Experienced and knowledgeable in the following technologies:- Python, Java, SQL, AngularJS
- Linux and any Cloud Platform
- Experience in applying Generative AI Tools in project implementation is definitely an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
