Position Description
The Senior Associate, Talent Acquisitions will have the unique opportunity to work closely with the TA Associate Director and partner with the HRBP team for various recruitment projects and day to day recruitment operation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate would be organized, self- driven, able to communicate and work effectively with internal HR team and candidates, possessing the ability to juggle multiple tasks and creatively solve problems. The main purpose of this Senior TA role is to provide wide-ranging support to the Talent Acquisition function and HRBP team on the operations of regional recruitment activities and projects.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Sourcing and profiling candidates through various job boards to deliver quality candidates to meet business needs
- Reviewing job applications, conduct phone screening as well as comprehensive market mapping
- Assist to manage job posting activities and perform posting performance analytics
- Drive and participate in various local and regional TA projects
- With experience working on employers branding project/initiative
- Keep abreast of market trends and liaise with agencies to collate market intelligence and updates
- Negotiate with headhunters and vendors of various job portals
- Conduct market research on the latest candidate sourcing channels
- Ensure proper filing management is in place for all vendor agreements and documents
- Assist to review and update the vendors and candidate data spreadsheets
- Follow up with agencies on outstanding agreements
- Assist to prepare the weekly TA PowerPoint slide, i.e. collating weekly job posting and candidate data
- Build relationships and communicates consistently throughout the recruitment process as to ensure all relevant parties (TA function and HRBPs) are well informed during the recruitment cycle
- Conduct necessary data analysis and prepare regular reports to support the fast-growing TA function
- Mentor one or two junior TA staff in the team
Requirements - Degree qualified, ideally in Human Resources or Finance related
- Minimum 6 years of relevant Talent Acquisitions / Recruitment experience within in-house and/or recruitment agencies.
- Candidates with in-house/RPO TA experience within top-tier Investment Banks or fund houses would be highly regarded
- Strong headhunting and negotiation skills, with dedicated career goal in Talent Acquisitions.
- Be able to think outside the box, with strong analytical skills and attention to details.
- A self-starter, with high motivation to drive TA projects
- A good team player – with a proactive approach and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong client service philosophy
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Experienced in coaching junior recruiters / TA specialists is highly preferred
