Your new role
  • Processing and validating expense claims related to travel and daily business activities
  • Tracking and analyzing travel frequency to and from China (CN) to support planning and reporting
  • Managing the inventory and distribution of devices used for bankers' business travel to CN
  • Ensuring timely procurement, maintenance, compliance, and readiness of all travel-related devices
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to support efficient deployment and collection of equipment
  • Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on device usage, inventory status, and travel patterns


What you'll need to succeed
  • Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Prior experience in inventory management, finance, operations, or administrative support
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to track data, generate reports, and perform analysis
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
  • A structured, dependable, and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
