Your new role

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will support Relationship Managers and Client Advisors by handling client onboarding, KYC/AML reviews, and client lifecycle activities. This is a front-office support role, focused on execution, controls, and coordination to deliver a seamless and compliant client experience.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Support client onboarding and periodic KYC reviews in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform AML controls, including name screening and document verification.
  • Review client documentation and ensure data accuracy and completeness across systems.
  • Handle client account maintenance and support client lifecycle activities.
  • Process operational requests related to payments, corporate actions, and fee/discount management.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve open issues and support risk remediation activities.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and initiatives related to process improvements and system integration.


What you'll need to succeed
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience, ideally within Banking or Financial Services.
  • Exposure to client onboarding, KYC, AML, CDD, or operations support.
  • Strong attention to detail with a risk and control mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive team player with a service-oriented attitude.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (essential for the Hong Kong client base).
