Your new role
Manage, grow, and deepen relationships with Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients, acting as the primary trusted advisor.
Acquire new clients through personal networks and referrals, with accountability for AUM growth, revenue targets, and wallet share expansion.
Deliver tailored solutions across investments, discretionary portfolios, lending, FX, alternatives, and wealth structuring in collaboration with product specialists.
Ensure full adherence to regulatory, KYC/AML, and risk management standards while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Roles are open across multiple grades, with level determined by book size, track record, and overall experience.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree required; CFA, CFP, CPA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualifications strongly preferred.
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, or UHNW relationship management (grade-adjusted).
Demonstrated ability to bring and sustain a client book of at least USD 150 million in AUM over the past 3 years.
Strong understanding of global markets, investment products, credit solutions, and wealth planning structures.
Established professional credibility with UHNW clients, strong referral networks, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
