About the team
The Credit & Control Section is responsible for the credit risk analysis and control of the China corporate banking customer portfolios and related mitigation including credit application, rating application preparation, monitoring of the customer credit performance, etc. The Sections role is crucial in supporting the Corporate Banking Department to achieve its business target and comply with regulatory requirements.
Role requirements
To perform budgeting and other administrative tasks under the direction and instruction of Managing Director, which includes:
- Result calculation of the Department, Section, Teams and Relationship Managers on monthly basis;
- Make asset and profit projection of the Department, Section, Teams and Relationship Managers;
- Prepare monthly business reporting of the Department;
- Support Managing Director in formulating and executing business plan;
- Perform administrative duties including coordination of internal meetings, and prepare reports to related Departments;
- Support Managing Director and other staff in the Department.
Essential Functions
- To support in overall daily operation of the Team and ensure the quality;
- To prepare reports on regular basis as per instruction;
- To support the administrative duties as assigned by supervisor.

- The individual should proactively analyze his/her work to improve quality and efficiency;
- The individual respects for and commits to high standards of business conduct and integrity in conducting operations, reporting and etc.
Work experience, education and skills
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in planning or budgeting function;
- Experience in Banking is preferred;
- Proficient with MS Excel is essential;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin; Japanese skills are desirable.
