The Role
- Handle client queries via emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal business units to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Perform policy administration tasks, quality control checks, and first-level investigations for continuous improvement.
- Support supervisors with daily operations, ad hoc projects, and facilitate customer engagement to meet business targets.
Your Profile
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in the Banking and Insurance industries.
- HKCEE/DSE or above, with IIQE Papers 1, 2, and 3 required.
- Strong communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, with proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
- Mature, proactive, and customer-focused personality with problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
