In Hong Kong, we've spent over a decade building one of the strongest recruitment practices in financial services and professional services. Our Hong Kong team is one of the most stable in the industry — most of our people have been with us for years and have grown their careers here from the ground up.

We're now expanding and looking for driven recruitment professionals to join us across several desks.

What You'll Do

1. Build and manage your own desk within a supportive, established platform
2. Develop business with new and existing clients across Hong Kong and the region
3. Source, assess, and place mid-to-senior level professionals
4. Leverage CGP's global office network for cross-border referrals and mandates
5. Collaborate with a stable, experienced team that's been doing this together for years

Who We're Looking For

1. Recruitment professionals with at least 1 year of agency experience (for Consultant level) or 5+ years (for Manager/Director level)
2. Established client relationships and sector knowledge preferred at senior levels
3. Entrepreneurial mindset — you treat your desk like your own business
4. Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
5. Genuine interest in building a long-term career, not just chasing the next move
