Job Description - Handle daily financial data entry and verification, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting using Excel tools (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, data comparison).
- Support administrative and finance operations, including document checking, schedule validation, and record maintenance.
- Maintain and update financial records such as journals, ledgers, invoices, and account statements.
- Perform basic accounting tasks including debit/credit processing, billing, invoicing, and account reconciliation.
The Successful Applicant - Associate degree or high school diploma in Accounting or related financial discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of experience within accounting, finance, or fund-related functions.
- Proficient in Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data handling).
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
