We are seeking a talented IT System Engineer to provide high-quality 2nd line support for one of our top global law firm clients.
Your new role
- Provide 2nd line support for systems, applications, and network issues across global offices
- Diagnose and resolve escalated incidents in line with SLAs
- Perform remote troubleshooting to minimise business disruption
- Manage and document incidents using IT service management tools
- Identify recurring issues and collaborate on long-term solutions
- Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and meeting room technology
- Assist with system testing, deployments, upgrades, and maintenance
- Escalate complex issues to 3rd line teams or external vendors
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and user documentation
- Participate in global IT projects and rollouts
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience supporting Windows 10/11, including hardware, drivers, and user profiles
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams administration)
- Experience supporting both on-premise and cloud-based environments
- Familiarity with Citrix environments (user sessions, profiles, connectivity)
- Experience troubleshooting network printer issues
- Mobile Device Management experience (Intune etc.)
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals
- Knowledge of Active Directory administration
- Native in English is a MUST
