About Our Client A leading financial institution is undertaking a major digital platform migration to modernize its core systems and enhance overall user and operational efficiency. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive and coordinate the end-to-end migration process.
Looking for candidates with strong project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work closely with technology teams.
Job Description - Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of a digital platform migration within corporate governance and compliance functions
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, scope, budget, and risk controls
- Coordinate closely with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and smooth execution
- Facilitate requirement discussions, workflow reviews, and impact analysis with stakeholders
- Maintain a working understanding of system architecture, integrations, and data flows to support solution design decisions, and ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee UAT planning, scheduling, execution, and follow-up on defects or issues
- Prepare project documentation, regular progress reports, and steering committee updates
- Manage change readiness, including communication, training, and user support activities
- Drive issue resolution, escalate risks proactively, and ensure all milestones are met
The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Around 8 years+ of project management experience within financial services industry
- Proven track record with system implementation, system enhancement, or migration projects
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
- PMP / Agile certifications preferred but not required
