Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of back-office and middle-office operations for the Hong Kong branch. Leading a team of approximately 14 staff across IT, Banking Operations, HR, and General Affairs, the COO will focus on optimizing operational workflows, driving digital transformation and system implementation projects, and ensuring full compliance with local regulatory requirements and head office policies.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree or above.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in bank operations and back-office management.
