Our client is a leading multinational bank seeking a highly independent professional to join their Client Services team. This role is responsible for client servicing & support, client inquiry management, account maintenance & setup, issue escalation & resolution, risk & control oversight, workflow automation & efficiency, client relationship management, team leadership & coaching.
The Role
* Client support and relationship management: Act as a key contact for clients, delivering timely and high‑quality support while building long‑term, trusted relationships.
* Client inquiries and issue handling: Monitor incoming requests via email and calls, resolve queries efficiently, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure smooth outcomes.
* Client development support: Partner closely with relationship leads to understand client priorities and identify opportunities to deepen service coverage.
* Client communication and meetings: Participate in and lead internal and external discussions, ensuring clear communication and alignment on client needs.
* Service quality and trust building: Maintain strong product and process knowledge to enhance credibility and deliver consistent client satisfaction.
* Ownership of client requests: Take full responsibility for client deliverables, service requests, projects, and follow‑ups from start to completion.
* Multi‑team coordination: Work independently across internal teams to resolve daily client matters, including transactions, settlements, transfers, and reporting‑related questions.
* Account setup and maintenance: Support client onboarding activities, account changes, market access requests, and system permissions.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree
* Background in fund operations client servicing is preferred
* Experience in supporting traditional funds
* At least 10-15 years of relevant industry experience
* Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin language skills are a strong advantage
* Comfortable working in a team‑based environment with frequent cross‑functional collaboration
* Demonstrated client‑focused mindset with strong service orientation
* Detail‑driven with good numerical accuracy and organisational skills
* Capable of managing projects independently from planning to execution
* Strong problem‑solving ability with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach
