IT Infrastructure Governance - Senior Analyst (12M Contract)

Monitor expiration dates and coordinate the renewal process for SSL certificates and tokens to ensure timely implementation and audit compliance.

Review provisioning requests, verify compliance with standards (naming, tagging, and network rules), and collaborate with Cloud Operations and Security teams.

Lead the coordination of monthly server patching and security vulnerability fixes, monitoring health check results and reporting status accurately.

Track and coordinate remediation actions for End-of-Life (EOL) and End-of-Support (EOS) servers, workstations, and software.

Identify opportunities for automation (e.g., via Power Automate) and update SOPs or workflows to streamline operational governance.

Perform record tracking for cloud decommissioning and assist in urgent escalations or last-minute coordination across teams.

6-7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, governance, or a PMO coordination role.

Technical Skills: * Mandatory knowledge of SSL certificate management concepts.

• Foundational experience with Microsoft Azure provisioning and server patching mechanisms.

• Basic networking knowledge, including ports, firewall rules, and IP/subnetting.

Systems & Tools: Proficiency in ServiceNow and exposure to ITIL Foundation concepts are highly preferred.

Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting mindset, excellent coordination ability, and a proactive attitude toward process improvement.

Communication: Fluent in English, Cantonese, and basic Mandarin (for vendor communication).

Work Schedule: * Willingness to work remotely for regular Saturday late-night duty (approx. 1-3 times per month).

• Ability to provide remote support on occasional Sundays as required.

• Flexibility to work OT during peak maintenance cycles (compensation leave provided)
