About Our Client Our client a well-established large organization operating in the banking/financial services sector.
Job Description - Develop and execute strategic communication and marketing initiatives to strengthen the brand visibility and internal/external positioning.
- Craft clear, compelling narratives and thought-leadership content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple communication channels.
- Design and support people-development strategies to enhance soft skills, build a growth mindset, and elevate team capabilities.
- Manage end-to-end operations of the Staff engagement, including planning, development, and execution.
- Lead staff-engagement activities-townhalls, offsites, and culture programmes-to foster an inclusive, collaborative, high-performing workplace.
The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, journalism, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in communication, marketing, or staff engagement; Financial services or Banking exposure is an advantage.
- Creative, strategic thinker with strong project-management skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in staff development, capability building, and managing talent or leadership programmes.
- Proficient in digital communication tools; photo and video editing skills are a strong plus.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
