Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage the executives daily schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements with precise planning and coordination. Follow up on meeting action items to ensure efficient and orderly execution of the executives work.
  2. Coordinate full-process business hospitality for key clients, standardizing reception protocols to ensure smooth and professional execution of all hospitality activities.
  3. Handle the executives daily administrative affairs and support company-specific projects. Strictly adhere to confidentiality policies and safeguard sensitive information of both the executive and the company.
  4. Possess strong adaptability and problem-solving skills to effectively handle unexpected matters. Demonstrate clear logical thinking and efficiently complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the executive.
  5. Serve as a comprehensive assistant for the executives corporate and general affairs, providing meticulous support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the executives daily work and schedule.
  6. Leverage solid financial and tax knowledge to assist with corporate financial matters and tax compliance, providing foundational professional support.
  7. Support the setup of fund and legal entity structures, collaborating with relevant teams on structural design and documentation preparation to ensure compliance and efficient execution.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Prior experience as an Executive Assistant in a financial institution is highly preferred.
  2. Native-level fluency in English for seamless business communication, coupled with excellent Chinese communication and writing skills. Proficient in office software, with strong logical thinking and the ability to handle complex tasks efficiently.
  3. Solid foundational knowledge in finance and tax, with the ability to apply this knowledge to support corporate financial operations, tax matters, and fund structure setup.
  4. Relevant experience in supporting the setup of fund and legal entity structures, with an understanding of compliance requirements is preferred.
  5. Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work ethic, professional business etiquette, and an excellent awareness of confidentiality. Demonstrated strong adaptability and no adverse employment records.
  6. Flexibility to commute between Shenzhen and Hong Kong as required by business needs, and availability for interviews in Hong Kong.
