Responsibilities of the role:
- Preparation and running of Senior Stakeholder governance meetings
- Managing and resolution of key program risks and issues
- Assisting with managing the pipeline of work and facilitating prioritization in line with current supply/demand
- Involved with governance of projects and ensuring high quality process management.
Requirements of the role:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin
- Banking sector experience. Ideally investment banking, but retail/corporate banking will also be considered
- Previous and proven experience in process management, program tracking, governance, budgeting etc.
- IT background gained from any of IT Applications, IT Infrastructure or IT Business Analysis
