We are partnering with a leading MNC Bank to hire an experienced Project Manager / PMO Consultant to support a large-scale APAC IT transformation programme.
This role sits within a strategic initiative focused on delivering a long-term Information Systems roadmap across the region, with strong visibility to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities - Monitor and track the implementation of transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities including Kick-off, Steering Committees, and Go-Live phases
- Prepare and deliver clear, structured reporting for senior management and governance forums
- Ensure high-quality documentation and effective communication across regional and global stakeholders
- Identify and propose improvements to enhance project governance, delivery efficiency, and stakeholder alignment
Requirements - 6-9 years of experience in project management or PMO within financial services
- Strong exposure to Global Markets (knowledge of Global Banking is advantageous)
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stream IT transformation projects, particularly involving legacy to target system migration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Experience working within regional or global organisational structures
- Strong attention to detail with a structured and proactive approach
