Key Accountabilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and secure new revenue opportunities from both prospective and existing customers.
  • Drive delivery of quarterly revenue and profit margin targets.
  • Ensure customers receive timely, professional support for all sales inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain accurate and current reporting on opportunities using the designated tools and systems.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across the full sales cycle.
  • Own assigned accounts end-to-end, including accountability for key account issues and escalation handling.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth and timely contract rollout and implementation.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Ensure solution delivery aligns with customer requirements, business objectives, and timelines.
  • Provide clear updates on progress and outcomes of initiatives to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account performance metrics to support accurate planning and decision-making.
  • Contribute to the organization's reputation by taking initiative, handling varied requests, and finding ways to add measurable value.
  • Maintain strong customer satisfaction by delivering reliable, high-quality service day-to-day.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills
  • Strong understanding of the IT infrastructure industry, preferrably with experience working for a reseller, integrator, or OEM.
  • Ability to prioritize and strong communications skills
  • Results-driven attitude and strong hunter mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM or database tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
