Responsibilities - Develop and maintain strong relationships with middle market and SME clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell a range of banking products and services to existing clients
- Collaborate with various teams within the bank to deliver a seamless and exceptional client experience
- Actively monitor client accounts and portfolios, and provide timely and accurate reporting
- Contribute to the growth and profitability of the middle market and SME banking segment
Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs
- Proficient in the use of relevant banking and financial software applications
