We are seeking a Digital Workplace Specialist to drive the delivery, enhancement, and governance of modern workplace technologies for one of our Well Known in-house clients.
Your new role
- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital workplace initiatives, including Microsoft 365 rollouts, smart meeting room deployments, VC/PABX upgrades, and hybrid working solutions.
- Provide second-line support for Microsoft 365 services and China collaboration tools (e.g., WeCom, WPS).
- Administer Microsoft 365 and enterprise platforms, including Intune, Autopilot, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, and Enterprise Applications.
- Lead IT work streams for office renovation and relocation projects, including infrastructure planning and site readiness.
- Establish and standardise IT processes (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, operational workflows) and maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base content.
- Enhance the end-user experience by identifying pain points and implementing productivity improvements.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3-5 years of experience in a digital workplace, end-user computing, or related IT environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and workplace collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with Mainland China solutions (e.g., WeCom, WPS) is highly preferred.
- Experience with VC/PABX systems and office renovation or site delivery projects.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN) and information security practices.
- Proven ability to independently manage projects from initiation to completion within timelines and budgets.
