Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of credit portfolio analysts responsible for monitoring and analyzing the consumer banking credit portfolio (Secured Portfolio)
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the credit portfolio, minimize risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and risk management, to identify and address emerging credit risks
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on the performance and health of the consumer banking credit portfolio
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team, driving process enhancements and the adoption of best practices
Requirements - Minimum 8 years of experience in credit risk management, with a strong track record of leading teams and driving portfolio optimization initiatives
- Demonstrated expertise in credit portfolio analysis, risk modeling, and the application of risk management principles
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and make data-driven recommendations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights to senior management
- Proficient in the use of data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to extract insights from large datasets
