  • Actively feedback, participate or driving robust systematic tracking of results
  • Own 360 relationship with the customer - actively feedback and contribute through designing great customer experiences to ensure customer satisfaction beyond sales
  • Identify opportunities for x-sell, upsell and forward sell to continuously address customers financial needs
  • Keen to learn and open to experiment on new ways of working; not necessarily via F2F meetings but through virtual tools and interactions
  • Be familiar with competition to be able to stay ahead of them
  • 10 years + experience (for Digital RM) or 3-5 years' experience for Assistant DRM
  • Experience as a Relationship Mgr, Sales Mgr or CSO in bank or financial organization is preferred
  • Experience in any service role in a bank or financial organization is a plus
  • Experience in managing corporate customer or complex needs is a plus
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
