Job Description

As a Compliance Policy & Regulatory Affairs Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Providing expert advice on regulatory matters to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and reporting on compliance risks and ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Managing relationships with regulatory bodies and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Conducting regular compliance training for employees to promote awareness and adherence.
  • Reviewing and updating company policies to align with changes in regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborating with the Risk & Compliance department to ensure a cohesive approach to governance.
  • Supporting internal and external audits related to compliance and regulatory affairs.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Compliance Policy & Regulatory Affairs Manager should have:
  • A strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements in the professional services industry, in particular with jurisdictions such as BVI, Cayman Islands and Hong Kong.
  • Proven experience in managing compliance policies and liaising with regulatory authorities, specifically knowledge in handling TCSP license requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills to provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese.
  • A degree in law, finance, or a related field is preferred.
