Job Description

This Senior HR Manager role sits at the centre of the organisation's people agenda, overseeing both strategic and operational HR responsibilities. The position leads all core HR functions while serving as a trusted partner to senior management on workforce planning, organisational effectiveness, and culture development. You will play an active role in shaping policies, improving processes, and ensuring HR practices are consistent, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

The role requires a strong balance of hands-on execution and advisory leadership. You will work closely with various department heads to manage people costs, support organisational changes, and deliver people solutions that are practical and sustainable. In addition to core HR duties, the role also oversees selected employee matters and contributes to workplace improvement initiatives that support employee experience.
  • Leading end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning coordination, HR policies, and compliance
  • Overseeing compensation and benefits administration, payroll oversight, annual salary and bonus reviews, and benefits renewal with cost control focus
  • Acting as the primary HR business partner to senior leaders on workforce planning, succession, engagement, and organisational change
  • Driving and supporting cross-functional projects such as culture initiatives, system implementation, policy reviews, and ways-of-working enhancements
The Successful Applicant
  • 10-15 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or senior HR role
  • Strong knowledge across core HR functions, employment practices, and people operations
  • Proven experience partnering with senior management and influencing business decisions
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Experienced in compensation cycles, HR systems, and HR analytics
  • Practical, calm, and confident in handling sensitive employee matters
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across functions
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised, and dependable
  • Fluent English and Chinese
