The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connectedVP or Director level ETF Institutional Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving net new assets by cultivating and managing relationships with institutional allocators.
You will act as a subject matter expert, translating complex portfolio strategies (Fixed Income, Equity, Thematic, or Alternatives) into actionable solutions for sophisticated clients.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development:
- Prospect, develop, and close new business relationships with institutional accounts, including:
- Public & Corporate Pension Funds
- Endowments & Foundations
- Insurance General Accounts
- Sovereign Wealth Funds
- Family Offices & Wealth Managers
- 5+ years of experience in asset management, specifically inETF sales .
- Deep understanding of ETF mechanics (creation/redemption, secondary market trading, basis risk).
- Strong grasp of institutional portfolio construction and risk management.
