A well-reputed securities firm is looking for a VP to join their Operations team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in hands-on trade processing and settlement experience across various products.
Key Responsibilities
- Support monitoring activities for detecting discrepancies or processing issues, quickly identifying and resolving discrepancies, and ensuring smooth processing.
Continuously evaluate and upgrade internal policies to boost departmental productivity
Maintain rigorous adherence to industry regulations and internal control frameworks.
Lead automation projects and provide hands-on support for system upgrades, including UAT and deployment.
Assist in the successful launch of new products by establishing robust workflows and resource planning.
Requirements
University degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of experience within securities brokerage or wealth management.
- Excellent knowledge in securities product and settlement process
Technical fluency in securities trade processing system
Fluency in English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
