As a KYC Data Migration Specialist, you'll play a key role in verifying client data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the seamless transition of client accounts onto global investment and CRM platforms
Your new role - Perform KYC and document verification for accounts undergoing migration
- Review client data for accuracy, completeness, and AML compliance
- Support advisers and client teams with KYC and documentation queries
- Identify and escalate AML risk issues where required
- Track cases and contribute to project reporting and process improvements
What you'll need to succeed - 1-3+ years' experience in financial services, onboarding, or KYC/AML roles
- Strong knowledge of CIP / KYC requirements under Australian regulations
- High attention to detail and confidence working with complex documentation
- Comfortable engaging stakeholders in a fast-paced, project environment
