As an Account Onboarding Specialist, you'll manage the end-to-end process of bringing new clients on board-ensuring every account meets regulatory, compliance, and quality standards.
Your new role - Manage new account onboarding from request to account setup
- Review client and account documentation for accuracy and KYC compliance
- Advise front-office teams on required documents and resolve discrepancies
- Assess source of wealth information and supporting materials
- Maintain accurate records in onboarding systems and track pre-onboarding's items
What you'll need to succeed - 3-5 years of experience in banking or financial services
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
- Experience in onboarding, KYC, or source of wealth review is a plus
