Key Requirements - Lead management reporting, budgeting, forecasting & financial analysis
- Partner with business leaders to deliver actionable insights
- Strong leadership with experience managing and developing finance teams
- Drive improvements in reporting, analytics, and planning processes
- Confident communicator with senior management and Group stakeholders
Education & Experience - Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- Qualified accountant (HKICPA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent)
- 15+ years' experience in financial management or FP&A
- Life insurance or financial services experience preferred
