Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day sales activities covering a broad range of FICC products, including money-market instruments and deposits
  • Assist in client coverage, trade execution, and follow-ups, working closely with Relationship Managers on cross-selling and wallet-share growth
  • Provide support for new product initiatives, including project coordination, internal approvals, and documentation processes
  • Handle daily operational tasks, including trade booking support, confirmations, issue resolution, and coordination with middle and back office teams
  • Prepare, reconcile, and maintain daily P&L reports, management reports, and ad hoc sales analytics
  • Assist in the handling and administration of ISDA and GMRA documentation, liaising with legal, risk, and internal control functions
  • Support senior sales with market updates, client presentations, pricing analysis, and sales materials
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement and automation initiatives, particularly relating to reporting and operational efficiency


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
  • Candidate with a few years of relevant experience of relevant experience in Global Markets, Treasury, or FICC-related roles
  • Fluent in English; fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is acceptable, with basic Cantonese understanding required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear interest in a client-facing sales career
  • Excellent Excel skills are essential; VBA capability is a strong advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple workstreams, and comfort working in a fast‑paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proactive, self‑motivated mindset with a strong desire to learn financial markets, products, and client dynamics
