Our client, a prestigious global financial institution, is undergoing a major digital transformation. Our client is currently seeking two pivotal positions to join their high-performing technology team in Hong Kong.

Role 1: Manager, Application Management (Team Lead)

As a Manager, Application Management, you will lead a squad of developers to deliver premium web and mobile solutions. You will serve as the "Front-End Champion" for the section, bridging the gap between stakeholder vision and technical execution.

  1. Strategic Leadership: Manage the end-to-end SDLC, providing mentorship and architectural guidance to a talented developer pool.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Partner directly with Business Owners to translate complex commercial needs into scalable software.
  3. Front-End Representation: Act as the key point of contact for FE delivery, ensuring seamless project coordination across the board.
  4. The Profile: 7+ years in App Dev (Web/Mobile) with at least 3 years in a leadership/lead capacity. Tech-agnostic mindset with exposure to React, Angular, Node.js, and Cloud (Azure/AWS).

Role 2: System Analyst (Java Specialist)

  1. Hands-on Development: Design and deploy mission-critical services using Java and Spring Boot.
  2. Data Excellence: Drive MS SQL development, ensuring database performance and logic are optimized for global scale.
  3. Integration: Build secure RESTful APIs that connect global financial ecosystems.
  4. The Profile: A strong technical foundation in Java frameworks. Candidates withAngular exposure will be highly regarded.
