Responsibility
- Be a key technical contributor to large-scale enterprise projects, working closely with Project Managers and Team Leads.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to local and offshore development teams.
- Contribute to system architecture, solution design, and technology decisions.
- Design, build, and deliver high-quality software components aligned with best practices and standards.
- Own end-to-end SDLC activities, from requirements analysis and design through development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.
Requirement
- 6+ years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in enterprise application design and development.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC with hands-on Agile/Scrum experience.
- Solid hands-on experience with: Java, Spring Boot, JPA, Microservices, Docker, ReactJS, RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, MySQL)
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. AugmentCode, Claude) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
