Job Description - Lead the overall strategy and development of the company's stablecoin payment ecosystem.
- Drive adoption of stablecoin-based payment solutions across merchant and partner networks.
- Build, manage, and scale strategic partnerships with merchants, payment providers, fintechs, and platforms.
- Oversee business development initiatives to grow transaction volume, revenue, and market presence.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to design seamless digital payment solutions.
- Identify new payment use cases, markets, and commercial opportunities for stablecoin applications.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements with key stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments related to digital payments and stablecoins.
- Work with compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure payment solutions meet regulatory and operational requirements.
- Represent the company externally with merchants, partners, industry forums, and ecosystem events.
The Successful Applicant - Strong knowledge of digital payments, payment rails, and settlement models, including stablecoins or blockchain-based payments.
- Proven experience building and managing partnerships with merchants and payment-related partners.
- Demonstrated track record of growing digital payment businesses or launching successful payment products.
- Solid business development, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at a senior level.
