The Role
- Policy Administration & Servicing
- End-to-End Management: Execute the full range of policy activities, including new business applications, policy servicing, complex alterations, and claims processing.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while strictly adhering to regulatory requirements and contract provisions.
- Data Integrity: Conduct TR name searches, perform data cleansing, and validate activity reports to ensure system accuracy.
- Project Management & System Enhancement
- UAT & Implementation: Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems, product launches (Day 1 & Day 2), and portal revamps.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks, follow through on quality assurance findings, and recommend/implement process improvements.
- Change Management: Manage system change requests and oversee record retention exercises to maintain operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
- Distribution Support: Partner closely with the Distribution team to resolve request-level issues and streamline communication.
- Documentation: Maintain and update operational manuals, procedures, and internal forms.
- Management Reporting: Assist in preparing regular performance reports and communications for both internal leadership and external stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Education: University degree preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years in Life Insurance operations, specifically within New Business or Policy Servicing.
- Technical Knowledge: Proven experience with fund-related transactions and a solid understanding of investment-linked products.
