Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities while developing business development strategies to attract institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals across the marketplace;
  2. Lead fundraising efforts for investment products, including public equity, private equity, and other bespoke solutions, and executing business plan with well-defined targets;
  3. Collaborate with internal investment teams to align business development strategies with the firms investment capabilities and product offerings;
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investment partners, and key stakeholders in the global asset management industry and be the point of contact for client inquires;
  5. Prepare and present investment proposals, marketing materials, and due diligence documentation for potential clients, and also incorporate customer insights, motivations and product interests, in order to deliver persuasive client presentations and prominent brand recognition throughout roadshows, industry events, conferences, and investor meetings;
  6. Work closely with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure adherence to relevant laws and policies.

Job Requirements:
  1. Educational Background: Bachelors degree or above in Finance, Business, Marketing or a related field;
  2. Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or investor relations within asset management, private equity, or wealth management sectors, with Proven track record of success and exceeding revenue targets;
  3. Professional Capabilities and Skills
  4. Strong business acumen and market knowledge, as well as good understanding of asset management products;
  5. Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and prioritize tasks effectively with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
  6. Strong organization skills and analytical skills, with problem-solving mindset;
  7. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; proficiency in Cantonese or other languages is a plus;
  8. Work Style: Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and results-driven environment;
  9. Availability: Immediate availability is preferred.
