Responsibilities:
  • Support Human Factors Integration and Human Factors Engineering at design and engineering projects.
  • Quantitative Human Reliability Assessment / Human Error Analysis.
  • Training development and delivery
  • Grow our business by developing new relationships and opportunities for our market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for clients
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives

Ideal Candidate:
  • A degree (BEng, BSc, or MSc) or equivalent in Human Factors / Ergonomics or a related subject.
  • At least 8+ years of applied Human Factors/Ergonomics in Energy sector.
  • Chartered Ergonomist & Human Factors Specialist (C.ErgHF) or working towards the award of CIEHF Chartered status is a plus.
  • Knowledge on Oil and Gas and Energy Transition Area
  • Possesses strong facilitation skills, with the ability to channel discussion towards consensus
  • Is energetic, motivated, and comfortable traveling regularly for client meetings
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to changing priorities
