Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Bespoke Solutions: Formulate and present comprehensive wealth management strategies (Investment & Insurance) to meet and exceed ambitious business targets.
  • Strategic Portfolio Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial health checks and portfolio reviews to identify evolving client needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Client Advocacy & Acquisition: Cultivate enduring, trust-based relationships with high-net-worth clients while proactively identifying new market opportunities through targeted networking and cross-selling.
  • Market Compliance: Ensure all advisory activities align with the bank's internal standards and the regulatory requirements of Hong Kong's financial landscape.
Requirements:
  • Educational Excellence: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional qualification in ECF-RWM is highly regarded.
  • Proven Track Record: At least 3 years of frontline sales experience within wealth management, with a demonstrable ability to promote a diverse suite of investment and insurance products.
  • Licensing: Fully qualified to carry out regulated activities (HKSI and IIQE) in insurance and investment.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a "client-first" mindset and the resilience to thrive in a high-performance environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua, is essential for engaging with a diverse clientele.
