Job Description As a Private Credit and Private Equity Associate/Senior Associate, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing private credit fund operations and ensuring accurate reporting of financial data.
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and investor reports.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assisting with portfolio management and maintaining accurate records of investment activities.
- Providing support for audits and liaising with auditors as required.
- Conducting regular reconciliations and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Supporting the team in process improvements and system implementations.
- Ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures within the accounting and finance department.
The Successful Applicant A successful Private Credit Associate/Senior Associate should have:
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles, particularly within the private credit sector.
- Big 4 FS Audit are welcome
- Fund Accounting experience is a must
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
