Our client, a leading insurance firm is looking for a new group of
Junior Business Analysts to join their team. Our client provides great package and benefits (including flexible WFH policies, great career guidance and friendly company culture)
You will play a key role in helping our client's to support
Contact Center projects, including digital initiatives (e.g., Live Chat, AI Chatbot) to ensure system stability and performance.
Ideal Candidate: - 1+ years experience working as a Business Analyst
- Experience in working on insurance projects
- Understanding of individual insurance products, operations and processes is HUGE PLUS
- Experience in requirement collection and good documentation skills
- Excellent user-facing and internal communication skills and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities: - Gather User Requirements with cross-functional team members and stakeholders
- Validate, and draft detailed documentations (business and functional requirements)
- Develop recommendations and solutions that meet business and customer needs
- Create UAT plans, define test data requirements and execute within the target timeline
- Prepare the training material and conduct user training for system changes
- Provide project support to end users and assist on resolving the system issue
- Assist on ad-hoc requests and administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor
