About Our Client The firm is an investment management platform focused on delivering disciplined investment solutions to institutional and high-net-worth investors. As it continues to expand its presence across Asia, the team is growing in Hong Kong and is seeking a Junior Investor Relations professional to support client development and investor engagement initiatives.
Job Description - Support day-to-day investor relations activities, including client communications and relationship management
- Assist in preparing investor materials such as pitch decks, performance reports, factsheets, and DDQ responses
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conference participation
- Maintain investor databases, CRM systems, and reporting schedules
- Act as a point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Work closely with investment, operations, and compliance teams to support fundraising and client servicing initiatives
- Provide ad-hoc support on marketing and business development projects as require
The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree from a US university preferred
- Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Genuine interest in asset management, hedge funds, and capital markets
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong professionalism and client-facing presence
- Existing high-net-worth (HNW) client connections is highly desirable
- Cantonese and/or Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not mandatory
