Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Chairman in liaising with financial institutions and investment firms in Hong Kong, collect and organize investment and economic data, industry policy trends, and investment product information; conduct preliminary market research and analysis to support the Chairmans decision-making.

Support family office project execution and post-investment management: participate in due diligence, data collection, and report writing for potential investments; assist in daily tracking of invested projects, data collection, meeting material preparation, and provide recommendations.

Administrative duties: handle annual renewal of business registration certificates for Hong Kong companies; coordinate with Hong Kong law firms and accounting firms; follow up on monthly statements (telephone, clubhouse, rent, property management, rates), payment and invoice coordination; vehicle affairs (license renewal, insurance, fuel reimbursement), liaise with drivers and calculate salaries; office administration and maintenance, tenancy matters, and document delivery.

Handle personal and family-related Hong Kong affairs assigned by the Chairman.

Other tasks as assigned by the Chairman.

Qualifications:

1. Identity & Language:

Hong Kong permanent resident with a fixed residence in Hong Kong (local Hong Kong candidates preferred).

Experience in finance, investment, or law; experience in family office or as an assistant to a chairman; fluent in Mandarin; stable work history (at least one previous position held for 5+ years).

CET-6 or equivalent (IELTS 6.5 / TOEFL 90 or above); strong English reading and writing skills, capable of using English as a working language.

2. Education:

Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (reputable institution preferred).

3. Professional Skills:

Basic knowledge of administration, finance/investment, and law; understanding of fundamental investment, financial, and market analysis.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, basic functions) and PowerPoint (report writing and presentations).
