Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities - Respond to ARM/RM phone and email inquiries.
- Execute TT/RTGS payment transactions.
- Process same-party/third-party transfers within DBS.
- Monitor team emails.
- Conduct funds investigation follow-ups requested by ARM/RMs.
- Coordinate audits.
- Participate in UAT for system enhancements or bug fixes.
- Provide backup support for cost of funds updates and static data maintenance.
Requirements - Experience in settlement, or investigations within the private banking industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using various banking systems and applications.
