Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective telemarketing strategies to drive sales and customer acquisition for the Consumer Banking Group
  • Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, providing information about the bank's products and services, and identifying their financial needs
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by converting leads into successful customer onboarding
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns to reach new customer segments
  • Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a telemarketing or sales role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analysis tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
